Tap Don`t have an Apple ID or forgot it and then tap Create Apple ID. Enter your birth date, first and last name and select your email address and enter it. Create a password and verify it. Choose a security question and type in the answer. Repeat this action twice. Agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Tap Merge or Don`t Merge in order to sync iCloud data from calendars, Safari, contacts, and reminders. Tap OK to confirm Find My iPhone is turned on.
